正街唐樓 tong lau / walk-up on centre street

西區的舊樓所剩無幾，這棟還保留原來面貌，少有樓側有小露台，且坐向兩條大街 – 德輔道西和正街的。我是西區街坊，每次經過都不會吝嗇投以注目敬禮。可惜的是原來樓下所經營的「厚生酒莊」多年前已經不在，而幾年前鋪面變成時裝店，感覺始終未適應過來。

western district is survived without that many old buildings any more. luckily this one fronting centre street and des voeux road west is still looking after this old neighbourhood. it is one of the few tong laus / walk-ups still keeping its look and structure fairly intact. it is also one of the few having multiple little balconies.
